"Kind of Hit or Miss for Me"
I wanted to like this, but the ingredients just weren’t doing it for me. It felt like there were a lot of cheap fillers, and after using it, I ended up breaking out. I could see it maybe working for some people, but for me it was definitely more of a miss

I’ve only used it a handful of times, so I can’t say too much about long-term results yet, but I really like how it feels so far. The texture is soft and light on my skin, and it’s not sticky at all, which I appreciate. It does take a minute to fully sink in, but once it does, my face feels smooth and comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Refund process was really frustrating"
I returned my order and it ended up being way more of a hassle than I expected. The website made it sound like the refund process would be straightforward, but then I was left confused because what actually happened didn’t really match that. I had to keep emailing just to get any updates, and the replies felt like the same copy-paste response every time. The refund took way too long, and the whole experience has put me off ordering from florencebymillsbeauty.com again.

It did well on me. I put it on in the morning and, okay, I wasn’t exactly checking the clock the whole time, but around the 6-hour mark I noticed it getting a little patchy near my nose. That’s usually the first place makeup gives up on me anyway. The rest still looked nice, though, and after one quick touch-up I was fine. Not perfect, but definitely good enough that I’d use it again.

"Faster shipping than I expected"
As someone who gets a little impatient waiting for packages, I was happy with how quickly this order showed up. I ordered a few things, got the tracking info the next day, and the package arrived in about 4 days. Everything was packed well and came in good shape. I’m taking off one star because the tracking updates were a little slow, but overall it was a good experience

"Shade range is a little lacking"
I wanted to like this, but the shade range just didn’t really work for me. There weren’t enough options that matched my skin tone, so it was kind of a miss.

It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it did make me realize how much good communication matters when something goes wrong.

"Bottle was cracked when it arrived"
I hadn’t even opened the package yet and could already tell something was wrong. The bottle cracked during shipping, which was annoying. I checked my order email and receipt to make sure I had the details right, but yeah, it showed up damaged before I even got to use it.

"Adorable Packaging, But Whoa With the Plastic"
Okay, I’ll admit the colors and clean little design totally won me over at first. The box was genuinely cute, like I was weirdly excited opening it. But then there were all these extra plastic bits and I was like, wait, is this a product or a tiny packaging obstacle course? Not a huge deal, but definitely more than I expected.

It felt good when I put it on. Light, comfortable, kind of refreshing. My skin did feel a little more hydrated at first. But then a few hours later… dry again. Not terrible or anything. I just thought it would hold up longer.

"Cute, but not really worth it for me"
I wanted to like these more, especially for the price, but they just felt a little basic once I actually used them. They look cute, and shipping was totally fine, but they didn’t really hold up that long. I’ve tried cheaper stuff that felt better, or at least more... I don’t know, worth it? Overall, not terrible, just not something I’d buy again.

I picked up a cleanser and moisturiser from florencebymillsbeauty.com they’ve been good for my skin. After a few days my face felt less dry, and the cleanser didn’t make me break out, which is a big deal for me because that happens way too easily.

The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that the moisturiser is a little lighter than I thought it would be, so when it’s cold out I feel like I need to use extra. But overall, I’m happy with it and yeah, I’d order again

"Made my skin freak out"
I tried this once and my face got super red and itchy quickly after. I have sensitive skin, so maybe it was just too much for me, if that makes sense. Definitely not something I’d recommend for anyone with easily irritated skin.
